Return Policies will do everything it can to ensure that its customers are satisfied with their products.  However, does not guarantee that it will accept returns and/or grant refunds if requested, and does not guarantee all products in any way. If a return or exchange is agreed upon, shipping and a 20% restocking and handling fee is the responsibility of customer.  If there is a defect in the product received by customer, will replace the product at no cost to customer upon customer providing with evidence of product defect.
