We proudly produce our bale ties and other baling wire products using premium US steel sourced from family-run mills. Metallurgical traceability documentation guarantees the chemical composition of our materials to ensure optimal tensile strength and performance. 

Our production team of 120 trained personnel and 5 onsite engineers closely monitor the manufacturing process from start to finish.

We start by subjecting our wire to a mechanical descaling process that prepares the surface and eliminates hazardous chemicals to reduce environmental impact. Next, a bull-block continuous wire machine precisely reduces diameters while regulating grain structure, followed by rapid air-cooling to ensure the wire’s molecular consistency. The result, high quality tie wire that exceeds industry standards.
