Our relationships with our LTL carriers is very good but we can only help so much. 

If your order has an issue being delivered based on inputting the incorrect ship to address, our LTL freight carriers may bill you directly for the cost associated with this. 

When an LTL carrier has the incorrect shipping address it requires a complete re-shipment process. Our team at Baling Wire Direct has to manage the internal paperwork in order to deliver your product as well as having the LTL provider bring the order back to their terminal and sometimes place this on a new truck for the territory where the correct address is located. Those costs can't be absorbed by our carriers or Baling Wire Direct. As we continue to grow, we will continue to work closely with our freight providers to ensure we can remove as many billable expenses as we can.
